Ventoy 1.0.40 fixes problems with special Windows ISOs

If you should start Ventoy again, you can immediately update to version 1.0.40, which was made available for download today.

Among other things, an error when booting special Windows / WinPE ISO files has been fixed. Persistence support for the Fedora series and ArchLinux series has been added and other minor improvements.

A lot has happened since the last update in December. The F7 hotkey for text mode has been added, F5 Tools => Keyboard layouts, as well as an improvement in UEFI boot compatibility. The VentoyLiveCD has been changed from i686 to x86_64 and many new Linux ISOs can now also be added.
