Spoilers From Here

In the post-credits scene, we could see that Hayward finally achieved what he was trying so hard to do, which is to revive Vision itself, but as we could see, this Vision has a very different color from the original.

This is proof that there are two new agents at play, one who tried to destroy the multiverse and another who tried to steal Vision's place within The Avengers.

Within the Marvel comics, we can meet a villain called Proctor, a superhuman who used to be known as Black Knight but is a Black Knight from an alternate universe to Earth-616 (the official land of Marvel). This villain fell in love with an Eternal named Sersi, who accepted him as a couple but ended up getting bored with him later, which made him come back.

It was here then that, succumbing to the curse of the Ebony Blade's blood (a curse that the original Black Knight managed to overcome) he obtained unimaginable powers, to such an extent that he destroyed his homeland, Earth-374.

After that, he began traveling to alternate Marvel Lands with a mission to kill every version of Sersi in the multiverse. To do this he even assembled a group of former Avengers from alternate realities whom he convinced that their Lands had been destroyed by Sersi, causing them to join him in his quest to destroy all of the Sersi. This group was called Gatherers.

This is where Earth-616 and its version of Sersi come in. When Proctor arrived on this Earth-616, he had to kill some of the Avengers versions of that Earth so that those of his team could survive. Making the Gatherer version of that Avenger able to synchronize with the reality in which he was now.

And what does this have to do with WandaVision?

One of the Avengers who were replaced by Proctor was Vision himself, who was kidnapped by the Gatherers and his consciousness was transferred to that of a body very similar to his, but white. This other Vision was then known as Anti-Vision and managed to infiltrate the Avengers successfully.

The kidnapping and cloning of Vision occurred after the children of Wanda and Vision returned to be part of Mephisto, as they were a part of the essence of this supernatural being, which drove Wanda completely crazy. Yes, we are talking about Billy and Tommy.

That is, Hayward may be Proctor himself, as he meets many of his characteristics, first being the one with a white Vision body, which he managed to effectively revive, and second, he seems to have a need to kill Wanda.

On the other hand, Sersi (Earth-616) joined the Avengers at one point in the comics and interestingly, she was possessed by the Infinity Gems. That means that she is a very important heroine in this plot that maybe we can see later, or maybe we have already seen.

This is pure speculation, sure, but it could be that Wanda from an alternate world destroyed Hayward's original world and Hayward now seeks to kill her in all realities. Even this Hayward could have killed the original Hayward to take his place as director of SWORD. This could be the beginning of the multiverse in Marvel, as everything naturally connects with the comics.
