New features for everyone on Android
1. Password verification tool
The verification tool Google password is very useful because it verifies the logon credentials saved user session with "known passwords compromised." This feature has been available for desktop users, and is now coming to Android.
2. Message scheduling
Now, the “Google Messages” application will have the ability to schedule messages. Some users discovered the feature in September last year, but the company had not officially confirmed it.
Users can now schedule a message by simply opening the app, typing the message to the contact, and then long pressing the send button for scheduling options.
3. Google Maps dark mode
Dark mode has already reached almost all Google applications. Now the company is finally bringing it to Google Maps (Google Maps). The feature was expected to be available around September 2020, but has been delayed for a few months.
4. Hands-free Google Assistant commands
Hands-free commands for the Google Assistant have been around for some time. However, the company has now expanded the list of available commands to make the feature more useful.
Now we can set an alarm, play music, send text messages or make calls, all without unlocking the phone.
5. Updated TalkBack
Android has the “TalkBack” screen reader aimed at people who are blind or have low vision. Now it's getting a makeover with more intuitive gestures, a unified menu, a new reading control menu, and more.
There are also new multi-finger gestures for Pixel and Samsung Galaxy devices that make it easier to interact with apps. In the same way we have new adjustable reading controls with 3-finger slide.
6. Android Auto customizations
Android Auto will support custom wallpapers and voice activated games. You'll also get home screen shortcuts for things like contacts and tasks like checking the weather or adjusting the thermostat through the Google Assistant.
Also, they will receive a split screen mode when the car has a wide screen. Finally, you will have a privacy screen when there are others together with the user in the car.
