"Cyberpunk 2077" users continue to receive refunds, the game is still playable

According to VICE, players who previously applied for refunds for the "Cyberpunk 2077" game have recently received refunds through PayPal. Due to the hasty release of this game, there have been many bugs since its release at the end of 2020, causing a large number of players to be dissatisfied. CDPR officials previously stated that before December 21, 2020, it will accept refund applications for the "Cyberpunk 2077" game purchased by players on any platform.

Since this game has multiple distribution methods such as physical discs, codes, and Steam platforms, it is difficult to process player refund requests. CDPR previously stated that if any purchaser is unable to make a refund on the seller's platform, he will only need to send a refund application email to the official mailbox and provide proof of purchase, and the official will proceed. Foreign media said that many players have received refunds, but their games are still playable.

Not only that, foreign media said that some players who bought the collector's version of the game do not need to return the figures, map stickers, and picture albums contained in their packages. However, it is not clear whether the refund of this collector's edition set is based on the original price.

"Cyberpunk 2077" has been released since its release, and a large number of updates have been introduced, and it has now come to version 1.1. We understand that the latest version provides multiple stability and memory optimizations, and fixes a large number of bugs and interaction issues in the game.
