Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti: Specifications Leaked

The Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti graphics cards seem to be more and more real and in the last hours some specifications have been discovered, such as the memory capacity of both and other characteristics.

The specifications are filtered by Videocardz shows us some specifications for the 12GB RTX 3080 Ti models and the RTX 3070 Ti that will have 8 GB.

The graphics card GeForce 3080 RTX Ti 12GB FE (Founders Edition) Nvidia will use a PCB PG132-SKU18 and GPU GA102-225-KD-A1.

The GA102-225 will use about 10,240 CUDA cores in a total of 80 SM drives. The 12 GB of memory will be of the GDDR6X type for a bandwidth of 19 Gbps. This would be a slight decrease over the RTX 3090 at 19.5 Gbps. The memory bus will be 384 bits.

For its part, the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti will have the GA104-400-A1 GPU with the PG141-SKU10 PCB. This graphics card would have about 6,144 CUDA or 48 SM cores. That's 4% more CUDA cores than the RTX 3070.

The memory capacity is counted in 8 GB of the GDDR6X type, which is of higher quality than the traditional GDDR6. The memory bus would be 256 bits with a bandwidth of 19 Gbps. The TGP value is somewhere between 250 and 270 W, which is quite similar to that of the RTX 3080.

When will we see them in stores?

Nvidia would be thinking of a staggered launch with an RTX 3080 Ti hitting stores in mid-April with an MSRP price of $ 999. The RTX 3070 Ti could arrive at the end of May with a price tag of $ 599. We will keep you informed.
