Mindfactory continues to sell Intel Core i7-11700K processors at a price of 459 euros

An Intel partner in Germany has hit us with the tip that Mindfactory continues to sell Intel Core i7-11700K processors in the country, this is curious since although Intel announced that it would take actions since the CPUs are being sold almost 1 month before Since its official launch, one of the most important stores in Germany has resumed sales of this processor.

As if that were not enough, it does it for 459 euros, 10 euros less than when it went on sale on February 25. For reference, in the same store, the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X has a cost of 439 euros, that is, it is a more powerful CPU, which consumes almost half the power and costs 20 euros less, so if Mindfactory has received any type of sanction by Intel will simply be limited to cleaning up the stock and giving more relevance, even if possible, to the AMD processors.

We remind you that a leaked review of the Intel Core i7-11700K is already available in its retail version, that is, one of these CPUs that has already gone on sale ahead of time, although Intel would offer a new microcode for launch, which could apply some improvement or optimization.

"We take our embargo agreements very seriously. We are aware that a retailer is selling non-released products and we are following up.

We cannot comment on the specific actions of the retailers. We have ongoing conversations with our partners, which are confidential as part of our policy. We take our embargo agreements very seriously and we are following up ", a spokesperson for Intel Germany had revealed a few days ago to @aschilling, editor at HardwareLuxx.
