Microsoft introduces two new Xbox controllers: High Voltage and Daystrike Camo Special Edition

Microsoft continues to announce more Xbox controllers with wireless design for both console and PC users, we are talking about the Xbox High Voltage, which basically looks like a Pikachu by offering a completely yellow design on the front with the D-Pad in black and the back in white, and then, as the name suggests, the Xbox Daystrike Camo Special Edition offers a camouflage design that combines red with green and other colors that cannot be distinguished by color blindness.

The High Voltage controller goes on sale next April 27 at a recommended price of 59.99 euros, while the Xbox Daystrike Camo Special Edition will arrive on May 4 for 64.99 euros.

As we continue to expand our collection of Xbox Wireless Controllers, we aim to offer our fans new controller designs to expand their own. We recognize that what they speak to you will be different from other Xbox fans, from exciting, visually appealing designs to performance-enhancing features, or both. Today we're excited to introduce not one but two new Xbox Wireless Controllers for you to add to your personal collection.

Additionally, our efforts to be more sustainable across the entire Xbox product lifecycle apply to Xbox Wireless Controllers. With the new Electric Volt and Daystrike Camo Special Edition controllers, we will be adding post-consumer recycled (PCR) resins to any Xbox hardware for the first time. Both controls will contain a portion of resins made from recycled materials, such as car headlight covers, plastic water jugs, and CDs. We do not expect these recycled materials to make any compromises, as our tests show that the materials provide the same durability and controller performance as expected. We are excited to take this next step in our commitment to waste reduction and recycling while introducing new and innovative controller designs."

As with all Xbox wireless controllers, you can wirelessly connect Electric Volt and Daystrike Camo Special Edition controllers to devices like Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One with the built-in Xbox Wireless Radio. You can also connect to Windows 10 PCs and Bluetooth Low Energy mobile devices to play remotely from your console or play in the cloud with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on the go. Both controllers include the Share button, now standard on our new Xbox Wireless Controllers, for instantly capturing screenshots and clips, a USB-C port for gaming and charging with the Xbox rechargeable battery (sold separately), and the input of dynamic latency for a more responsive and seemingly instant gaming experience.

In select markets, both controllers include a 14-day trial of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate so you can discover your next favorite game from over 100 games for console, PC and Android mobile devices from the cloud.
