Intel Core i7-11600H and Nvidia RTX A5000 spotted in a mysterious laptop

We have information on a mysterious new laptop, which appears to be designed for professionals, that features the Intel Core i7-11600H and the Nvidia RTX A5000 GPU.

We had not had information about the Intel Core i7-11600H, but about the RTX A5000. Both have been seen in the Ashes of the Singularity video game inside a next-generation laptop. The model of this laptop is not revealed in this leak.

Starting with the RTX A5000, this is a dedicated workstation GPU. We think it is the same GPU as the desktop version, using the GA104 chip. However, we do not know if the specifications will be the same or if they will be shortened to suit the low-power environment of notebooks. The GA104 chip is capable of offering a 256-bit memory bus, so configurations with 8GB or 16GB of VRAM memory are possible.

The Intel Core i7-11600H processor looks like a hitherto unreleased variant based on the Tiger Lake-H architecture. According to the Ashes of the Singularity benchmark, it is a processor with 12 threads and a base clock speed of 2.9 GHz. This value is the highest so far for the Tiger Lake-H series chip, not including the i9-11980HK. 3.3 GHz @ 65 W.

With the Intel Core i7-11600H included, the Tiger Lake series already has six models, although there could be more. There are also three more models that belong to the H35 series.

The launch of the first notebooks with Intel Tiger Lake-H processors are announced for the second quarter which is about to begin.
