Genesis Thor 380, 400 and 401 RGB Three Types of Switches Announced

Genesis launches its new low-profile Thor 380, 400 and 401 RGB mechanical keyboards that differ from each other by the type of keys they use, which are tailored to the needs of buyers.

Genesis Thor keyboards use an all-aluminum enclosure, adding some of the most widely used switches today.

First of all, the Genesis Thor 380 RGB is going to use the Outemu Blue keys, which usually generate a more immediate response by exerting a force of 50g on them.

The Genesis Thor 400 RGB comes equipped with Kailh RED switches, for those gamers who prefer linear switches.

However, for those using a keyboard without audible clicks, the Thor 401 RB with the Kailh Brown switches seems to be the best option. The activation force of this model is about 45 g.

One of the advantages of the Genesis Tor keyboards is that it comes with a double injection technology to prevent the keys from being erased, a technique that is becoming more and more essential. In addition, we have a full RGB backlight, in which we can choose up to 13 lighting modes, including the PRISMO effect, which is already a characteristic of this manufacturer.

Genesis provides us with free software to be able to make all the keyboard settings, including macros and all preferences are saved in a memory built into the keyboard.

All three models come with a removable wrist rest and folding feet to change the angle of position.
