FRITZ! Repeaters 1750E, 1200, 2400 & 3000 receive a new update in the FRITZ! laboratory

It's Friday, it's test time! This Friday, AVM released new laboratory versions for almost all FRITZ! Repeaters. Also included is the somewhat older 1750E, as well as all-new models except for the smallest, the FRITZ! Repeater 600. So 1200, 2400, and 3000 series are getting a new version and are getting closer and closer to the final release of 7.25.

All of the repeaters mentioned can further distribute the current "WLAN AC" standard. AVM has not yet introduced a WLAN repeater with WLAN AX, but there will soon be double the power of the 3000.

There are actually two interesting innovations, and it would never have occurred to me that problems would arise at higher temperatures. The changelog of the individual versions FRITZ! OS 7.24-87274 / 87278/87279/87281 looks as follows:

  • Improved  - Stability (when operating in higher temperature environments)
  • Fixed  - Restriction of the maximum throughput rate when used with the latest Apple iOS devices fixed (only FRITZ! Repeater 2400)
