The launch of the AMD RX 6700 XT is just around the corner and there are many performance tests coming out that reveal the performance it will have in video games.

Previously we have seen the performance of this graphics card in mining, now it is the turn of its performance in Ashes of the Singularity, with a direct comparison with its predecessor, the current RX 5700 XT.

Ashes of the Singularity is usually a game that is used as a good reference for benchmarks and benchmarks. The game was tested with the Crazy preset and 1080p, 1440p and 4K resolutions, resulting in a clear advantage for the RX 6700 XT.

On average, the RX 6700 XT is 32% faster than the RX 5700 XT, which has the same number of Stream Processors (2560). It seems that the RX 6700 XT benefits from higher clock speeds, we are talking about 676 MHz higher than the RX 5700 XT.

The RX 6700XT has 40 compute units, about 96 MB Infinity Cache and 12 GB of GDDR6 memory. Its TDP is 230 W and it is compatible with Smart Access Memory.
