Why is it better to choose a mobile with a fast charge than a good battery

There are not a few users who when choosing a new smartphone opt for devices with the best processor, a great design or the best camera on the market. However, there is another essential element that must be taken into account when purchasing a new smartphone: its battery. Because there is no use having the best hardware on the market if then we have to go looking for plugs like crazy.

As a general rule, almost all mobile phones today endure the day without problem although many brands are launching smartphones with an autonomy of up to three days as is the case with the Motorola Moto G8 Power, whose complete analysis you can consult in the following link. Now, what is more important? A smartphone with a huge battery or a mobile with an outstanding fast charge?

What is better to choose? Huge battery or fast charging?

Once fast charging is tried you can't live without it

Obviously what you are going to read is a personal opinion and as such, it does not have to be the same as yours. I am particularly one of those who charge my mobile phone every night, regardless of whether it is at 60% or 21% of its capacity. It's a hobby but I always like to start the day with a full battery. So let's take the case of a smartphone whose battery lasts two days. Imagine that the first day we have consumed 50% of the battery and we start the second day with half. It may hold but ... what if we give it more use than normal?

It can happen that we run out of power in the middle of the morning and have to charge the mobile phone and this is when the problems can begin. Surprisingly, the phones with the largest battery on the market tend to be medium or low ranges that cut back on other aspects such as the camera, performance, and even fast charging. Hence, it is useless to have an autonomy of 2 or 3 days if then to charge said battery we stick mid-morning. That is why it is better to have a decent fast charge, to put a battery to spare in just a few minutes.

Of course, fast charging has its drawbacks, as we need specific chargers without forgetting the stress we are causing to the batteries by charging them faster, but on the scale, the positive points outweigh the negative ones. Connecting the smartphone to a socket and that in just a few minutes we have all or almost all the battery charged is a luxury that once tested, it is impossible to get rid of it. The truth is that the optimal thing would be to have huge batteries with fast charging but unfortunately, you cannot have everything in this life.

And you, what do you prefer? Big batteries or fast charging?
