What to expect from Fortnite patch v15.30

Fortnite players look forward to seeing the v15.30 Fortnite patch this week. Here's what we know about the next big Fortnite patch.

Season 5 of Fortnite is one of the longest in memory. However, unlike other long seasons, we've seen a ton of updates coming to the game.

Players are expecting another this week, and the v15.30 patch is next. There also appears to be a strong incentive for Epic to release this patch, as they are reportedly changing a skin that players call "pay to win."

Bug fixes

We have a long list of bug fixes coming in the next Fortnite update, from tweaking cosmetics to tweaking some of the game's biggest issues.

Here's what you can expect to see fixed in the Fortnite v15.30 patch:

• Delay in the audio of the sound effects.
• Jumpshot suit missing facial hair.
• "The Child" backpack blocks vision when players aim their sights.
• Long loading screen after completing a session on PlayStation / Xbox.
• The game freezes when going to the Compete tab on PlayStation / Xbox.
• OG Bear's vehicle temporarily started.
• Taking damage in the air when falling into a car.
• (Creative) The "Devices" and "Prefabs" tabs are swapped when viewing the Creative Inventory.
• (Creative) Accessory holograms become invisible in certain situations to Xbox creators.
• (STW) The location of a Durrr hamburger does not count towards the "Location: Burger Break!" Search for adventures.
• (STW) Eliminating the Takers does not count towards the mission «Eliminate: They Come from the Mist».

Will weapon and vehicle mods arrive in this Fortnite patch?

Recent leaks have hinted that Epic is working on vehicle and weapon mods for a future Fortnite update. These changes could come in v15.30, but we don't expect it.

Apparently Epic isn't working on weapons mods/attachments only, there will also be cars attachments such as new tiers that have different behaviors for Dirt, Grass & Road & hard to get popped, also other car attachments like Mounted Guns.. Will update you later if there's more!

It is worth mentioning that these changes could come in any Fortnite update, but the bet on the idea that they will not arrive until the sixth season.

We hope Epic removes the Exotics and the new weapon mod system takes its place. Of course, only time will tell.
