The Samsung Galaxy A72 will not have a 5G version, only the Galaxy A52 will have it

However, it seems that in the end the Galaxy A72 will only be offered in its 4G variant, while the Galaxy A52 will be the only one to offer a 5G version.

No information on the specifications of the Galaxy A72 5G was shared in the post. The reason for this, in the end, would be that this particular phone does not exist.

Previous reports have claimed that the Galaxy A72 5G could come with the Snapdragon 750G chipset. However, now reliable insider Max Jambor revealed that there is no 5G variant of the future Samsung Galaxy A72 5G.

The 4G version of the Galaxy A72 is expected to make use of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 720G chipset. This is the same SoC that would be present in its smaller twin: the Galaxy A52 4G. Previous reports have claimed that the 5G variant of the Galaxy A52 5G will make use of the Snapdragon 750G chip. A recent report revealed that the Galaxy A72 4G would be offered for 449 euros in Europe.

Recently, the Galaxy A52 5G has now appeared in the Google Play Console databases with some of its key specifications. The list confirms the presence of the Snapdragon 750G chipset. The device will make use of a perforated AMOLED screen with a Full HD + resolution. The chip would be assisted by at least 6 GB of RAM. Also that it will run the Android 11 operating system.

Recent reports have revealed that the Galaxy A52 5G will support a high refresh rate on its 90 Hz screen and would be powered by a 5,000 mAh battery. The terminal could also have support for 25W fast charging.

The rear area of ​​the device would be home to a quad-camera system. The system would consist of a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Its front camera would be 32 megapixels.

Finally, the Galaxy A52 5G would be offered in Europe for a price of 429 euros. Meanwhile, its 4G edition can be priced at 349 euros.
