Microsoft Would Be Testing New Resolutions For Cloud Gaming

One of the dreams of every player is to be able to play wherever and whenever they want, if we add to this the possibility of eliminating certain limitations, we come across one of the best streaming services; which came from the hand of Microsoft and calls itself, Cloud Gaming. A system that is being perfected over time, in turn, more players enjoy it and play their favorite titles every day on mobile and soon on PC.

Currently, we can only enjoy most of the titles in a reduced quality, 720p, but this could change very soon. Thanks to Windows Central, we know what the next steps will be regarding the service since if it landed on PC, it would need to increase its streaming quality.

Cloud  Gaming will receive  a major  renovation

The service would be about to receive important changes, carrying out a renewal and expansion of its infrastructure, adapting its new systems for Xbox Series. This change would allow to increase the current resolution and arrive in a more sustainable way on PC.

Until now the resolutions were limited so as not to saturate the bandwidth, although this way the majority of current mobile devices are not used; and great details and information of the game are lost. However, this could change sooner than expected, since Redmond would have been testing higher resolutions for a while, up to 1080p; in order to compete with other similar services and facilitate its launch on computers.
