The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will have 5,000mAh battery, new details leaked

The Xiaomi Mi 11 was presented in China at the end of December as its new flagship phone. It will arrive in global markets on February 8. Now, the company is working on a more advanced variant: the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro. Both models will use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 chipset. Now, its technical details have begun to emerge.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro is expected to launch after the Spring Festival in China, probably in the last week of February. Now, before launch, we have new information about the capacity and composition of its battery, as well as its fast charge.

New details of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro

Battery capacity

The source of the report is the trusted informant Digital Chat Station through his Weibo account. According to what it has revealed in its publication, the future Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will be powered by a battery with a 5,000 mAh capacity. The company is also said to have opted for a dual-cell battery configuration, allowing it to implement a more powerful and effective charging solution.

Fast cable charging

Something else that is taken from here is that its fast charging technology will have much more power than that of the standard Mi 11. Normally when a battery divided into two cells is implemented it is because the device will make use of fast charge levels above 100W. It is quite likely that the Mi 11 Pro supports 120W wired charging. Recall that the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra was released last year enjoying this power.

Wireless charging

In addition to fast wired charging, the power of your wireless charging will also be boosted. Recently, reports revealed that the Mi 11 Pro would have wireless charging with at least 67W of power. It is also possible that the final product will make use of the 80W wireless charging technology that Xiaomi introduced in October 2020. This would be in line with some rumors that the Mi 11 Pro will offer a combined charging power of 200W (by cable + wireless).

Other leaked features

The phone would use a 6.81-inch AMOLED panel, with Quad HD + resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 480Hz touch sample rate. The Pro model panel would add SDR content to HDR conversion in real-time and MEMC technology.

In the photographic department, you will have a quad-camera module in the back area. Finally, the camera system would be led by a Sony IMX766 sensor and would offer 120x zoom.
