Information continues to appear about the Redmi 9T smartphone, which may turn out to be a modified version of the Redmi Note 9 4G, released in November 2020. Today, an insider announced that the presentation of the Redmi 9T will take place on January 8 this year.

Redmi 9T has recently passed NBTC Thailand regulator certification with model number M2010J19ST. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.53-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The smartphone is built around a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC with an Adreno 610 GPU. The Redmi 9T is expected to receive 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal flash memory.

But if Redmi 9T is an updated version of Redmi Note 9 4G, then we can expect the next one. The display will be protected by Gorilla Glass 3. It will receive a triple main camera with a 48MP main image sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP scene depth sensor. The front camera must have a resolution of 8 megapixels.

The smartphone will be equipped with a 6000 mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The smartphone should get a side fingerprint scanner.
