Red Hat Korea appoints new president Kim Gyeong-sang


Red Hat Korea announced that it has appointed Kim Gyeong-sang, the new president.

President Kim Gyeongsang is an IT consulting expert who has been working on supporting corporate business innovation for over 25 years.

Since 2018, the new president has been leading the cloud-based digital transformation by successfully transforming the business model into a sports SaaS solution while serving as the CEO of Ssangyong Information and Communication.

Previously, he worked for Accenture in the digital consulting business, as well as for 20 years, working on process innovation and ERP consulting for large domestic companies.

President Kim Gyeong-sang of Red Hat Korea said, “I am confident that the products and business models centered on the open-source innovation capabilities and open hybrid cloud strategy possessed by Red Hat will lead the overall IT industry in the future.” “We will strive to enable our customers to rapidly achieve digital transformation through technology.”
