PUBG Mobile developers banned over 1.2 million players in a week

The creators of PUBG Mobile shared the results of the fight against cheaters. In just a week (January 8-14), the company banned more than 1.2 million players. The developers announced this on Twitter.

38% of those blocked were playing at the Bronze rank, and 3% of cheaters reached the maximum rank. The most popular hacks were model modification, auto-aiming and viewing through obstacles - they were used by about 20% of cheaters.

This is not a record number of bans. So, in December 2020, the developers reported on the blocking of more than two million people per week, which is about 4% of the total number of players. Then the most popular cheats were high-speed hacks and X-ray vision. Users received a permanent ban.
