Riot Games has unveiled a cinematic trailer for the next season of the competitive shooter Valorant. It focuses on a new hero named Yoru. Its emphasis is on stealthy travel.
Yoru will have several abilities:
- The ability to create an echo of footsteps to distract enemies, which will "go" forward.
- A flashbang grenade that detonates only after it hits a surface such as a floor, a wall, or an enemy.
- Creation of a point for teleportation. The player teleports at the touch of a button, but the point is limited.
- Ultimate makes Yoru invisible and invulnerable for a while. But, if you come too close to the enemy, then the hero becomes visible.
Demonstration of abilities
The season starts on January 12th and lasts until March 1st.
