Mods are available for Skyrim, allowing you to play together on a split screen

Skyrim came out almost ten years ago, and on PC the game continues to receive support from the fan community. For example, thanks to a couple of mods, you can turn The Elder Scrolls V into a co-op adventure on one screen.

Nucleus co-op is a mod that makes games co-op and is now compatible with the Skyrim Together mod, which adds support for online co-op. Thanks to this link, two people can go on a common adventure across Skyrim.

To play you will need:

  • Skyrim special edition
  • Skyrim Together launched via Harbor  (not a fast process)
  • The latest version of  Nucleus

Once you launch the Nucleus, you will need to find Skyrim under Download Game Scripts. Next, click "Search Game" to find and launch Skyrim. In the game, you can turn on the connection menu by pressing the right CTRL and entering the address 127.0.0.1 for a local connection.

Answers to frequently asked questions are here. There is an analog for Skyrim Together.

Considering that the cooperative split-screen in Skyrim has just appeared, it is necessary to consider potential bugs and other problems.
