In the near future, Nvidia should present a mid-budget video card GeForce RTX 3060. Its distinctive feature will be a large amount of memory.
More specifically, the adapter will receive 12 GB, whereas even the RTX 3080 has less memory. The image below shows just the Asus TUF Gaming RTX 3060 video card.
It is expected that such an adapter will receive the same GA106 GPU like the RTX 3060 Ti, but there will be fewer active CUDA cores - 3584 versus 4864. The memory bus will also be cut to 192-bit.
Considering the RTX 3060 Ti is (officially) $ 400, the younger model is likely to be around $ 300. There was also earlier data about the RTX 3060 version with 6 GB of memory and fewer CUDA cores, but it may also come out under the name RTX 3050 Ti.
