For the third season of "Titans" they found an actress for the role of Barbara Gordon

Western media reported that in the third season of "Titans" Barbara Gordon will appear, played by Savannah Welch. The actress is known for the TV series "Six" and the film "Boyhood". She lost her leg in 2016 but continued her film career.

According to the plot of the show, Barbara tried on a Batgirl mask until the Joker's shot chained her to a wheelchair. Now she replaces her father as a commissioner. With the return of Dick Grayson (Nightwing) to Gotham, the ex-Batgirl's life is only made more difficult by their old romance.
