Cyberpunk Ghost Story Developers With Big Tits Anime Girls Face Death Threats After Announcement For Switch

Cyberpunk Ghost Story is not the most notable game on the vastness of Steam, in which it was released on August 25th. An anime adventure game about a big-breasted detective girl investigating the ruins of a hotel in Hong Kong at the end of the 21st century is not something new and unique for an online store. In the vastness of the Valve service, there are games and much older ones that have come across more than once in the recommendations.

Fortunately or unfortunately, the game's popularity has skyrocketed since its announcement on the Nintendo Switch. It all started with a tweet from the Nintendo Life resource, in which users began to speak sharply negatively about the sexualization of women in the game world. Some decided to send death threats to the creators of the title.

The backlash was so strong that Top Hat Games had to issue a statement on January 1 that the game would not be censored in any way. They believe that developers should have creative freedom, and that selfish pseudo-defenders should stop using the false territory to argue their views. Moreover, the game has an adult rating.

Already on January 3, the studio published a whole thread so that its words about death threats were not groundless. There, users offer the creators of the game a lobotomy, ask them to commit suicide and are accused of promoting pornography.

Judging by the number of likes on the profile and under the Nintendo Life tweet, the game has more defenders than opponents, but the reaction to a simple adventure game about anime girls is scary.

Cyberpunk Ghost Story will be released on January 7 on Switch.
