Corsair M600 Pro NVMe solid state drive debuts in e-commerce: Read and write speeds nearly 7GB/s


According to TomsHardware, Corsair’s flagship NVMe solid-state drive M600 Pro appeared on Amazon’s German website today. This product is an upgraded version of M600, which also adopts M.2 2280 specifications and comes with a large aluminum heat sink.

According to the description, Corsair M600 Pro supports PCIe 4.0x4 and NVMe 1.4 protocols, with sequential read speeds up to 7000MB/s and sequential writes up to 6850MB/s. The product uses 3D TLC NAND flash memory particles. Foreign media said that this product is likely to use Phison's latest PS5018-E18 main control chip, bringing top speed performance. The life of this hard drive is 3600TBW.

The heat sink of this solid state drive covers the back and is detachable to ensure heat dissipation performance.

According to sources, the appearance of Corsair’s current M600 solid-state hard drive is consistent with this new product. It also supports the PCIe 4.0x4 protocol and has a maximum capacity of 2TB. But the speed of M600 is slower than this new product, the sequential read speed is 4950MB/s, the sequential write 4250MB/s. The 1TB capacity version of the product is priced at US$184, which is approximately RMB 1192.
