CDPR sued again over Cyberpunk 2077 quality and reputational damages

Following an investigation, Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP's legal agency announced that a federal securities class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of all buyers of US securities CD Projekt SA who acquired their shares between January 16, 2020 and December 17, 2020 inclusive. ... The company invites all investors to join the cause.

According to the complaint filed, CDPR made false and/or misleading statements and/or did not disclose that:

  • Cyberpunk 2077 is practically unplayable on Xbox One and Playstation 4 due to the huge number of bugs
  • As a result, Sony removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the Playstation Store, and Sony, Microsoft and CD Projekt are forced to offer full compensation for the game to customers.
  • Consequently, CD Projekt suffers reputational and material damage
  • CDPR's business, performance and outlook statements were false and misleading and/or lacking a reasonable basis, and stocks dropped significantly after the game was released

On December 4, one OTGLF share cost $ 120, but now it fell to $ 65.72.

The company has extensive experience in investigating similar cases. CDPR will defend its rights.
