Black Ops Cold War found a bug with a support plane from Black Ops 4

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, released in November, was criticized by many for the fact that the shooter turned out to be raw and with a decent set of bugs. Treyarch uses a modified Black Ops 4 engine, which entailed not only leftover assets and lines of code but also some annoying bugs.

For example, a Redditor under the nickname Pony_Baloney said that there is a bug in Cold War-related to a support plane. When this series of glasses are activated, the hero takes out a laptop to fly the plane, but almost immediately removes the device. The exact same bug was present in Black Ops 4, but the funniest thing is that the same Pony_Baloney wrote about its presence to the developers.

The player noted that most often the bug appears at that moment if there are already several activated support aircraft in the match. There is no bug listed on the Black Ops Cold War page on the Trello platform. Treyarch is likely not yet aware of its existence.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available on PC and consoles of both generations.
