The Hulk is one of the most resilient characters in Marvel due to its power and quick regeneration of damaged body parts. It is believed that it is precise because of these factors that it cannot be destroyed. However, in the fifth installment of the Maestro comic series, a weapon was introduced that could kill the green giant.
In the latest issue of the comic, the Hulk regains consciousness in a post-apocalyptic world destroyed by a nuclear war. Seeing what people have done to the city, the giant decides to leave the citizens without freedom and kills their leader Hercules, thereby becoming the leader. The Hulk later arranges a funeral procession for Hercules, in which the remaining surviving people gather. They begin to express dissatisfaction and demand fair elections, to which the giant responds with aggression and orders his dogs of war to deal with the rebels.
The minions of the monster do not have time to reach the civilians, because they are destroyed by a laser beam fired from the cannon. It turns out that humans created their own resistance squad and armed themselves with a powerful cannon created in the X-Men forge. Unexpectedly for everyone, Hercules comes to life and pounces on the Hulk, but he is immediately split with one shot from a weapon. The giant realizes that the invention can completely destroy him, so he decides to take it from the rebels and hide it safely.
In the Marvel comics, not many have managed to defeat the Hulk in combat. All battles ended with a knockout, but it is still impossible to completely kill the green giant. Probably, the new invention of the X-Men forge will be able to do this if it falls into the hands of the enemies of the monster.
